Your initial meeting is very relaxed & will include a ‘fact find’ session, which enables the mortgage advisor to understand your current circumstances, future goals and priorities. When you first speak to us, we have to tell you what our charges are (if any) & how they are to be paid. We also have to say if there are any limits to the range of mortgages we can recommend for you.
