    You can expect your initial meeting with Ian Randle to last up to one hour, though the complexity of your situation will determine how long it takes. Generally, mortgages will take under 30 minutes, insurance may take longer, but at this point it’s simply getting to know you and seeing what we can do for you.

  • What do I need to prepare

    Having any questions ready, as well as financial documents (such as savings or bank statements) can help you get the most out of your time with your financial advisor. For mortgages, if you’ve already found a home, it will be helpful to have information on the deposit and value.

    You might be asked for details about your medical history and how much you’d like to protect.
